First of all I advise you to reset your set top box, just switch off the power at the mains socket for 20 seconds.
Note that some models have a reset button. In this case just press it. Then you should check to see if any of the cables have come loose. At last you can check out service status area. If you still have the same problem, use Virgin Media contact number.
Company's representatives will try to solve your problem at short notice.
