Hello) I have a kind of problem with my Room Cancellation Insurance (I'm speaking about Travelodge insurance). I can not figure out what does it cover, when will it start, etc. Yesterday I send a letter at travelodgeclaims@aig.com - the only email address I found on the Travelodge website. I haven't got any response till now. So I'm looking for direct Travelodge phone number for customer services, going to solve my problems via phone. Hope that live person will be more helpful. Via this number you can get Customer services for Travelodge hotels, it should be stressed that this is not a booking line. Tip: option 1 takes you to customer services. Best time to call is business days, customer services lines are open from Monday to Friday 9am - 4:40pm.

Applied to your first question.... This type of insurance provides cover for room costs and pre-paid breakfast only. As I know this doesn't cover you against any other extras (for example Wi-Fi). Regarding your next questions I don't know anything at all. But you can contact Travelodge service group and ask them about everything personally)))
Hi there! You are lucky. I can answer the rest of your questions)) Breakfast bag consist of a muffin, a cereal pot and milk, jam portion and a fruit juice and a croissant. And about booking a breakfast... surely, the cost for breakfast follows the same rules for a group booking. And finally, you can book a room on website, by contacting Travelodge service centre and directly at the hotel. Good luck!)))
